This was a stacked panel, with a great amount of information from people who have built amazing communities. They discuss how it is important to be personable with people and not look at them as a number. How your moderators should be on the same page as you, and how it can be huge building block to the future of your channel. Cohh said it best in a quote that we loved from the panel below.
