Today, Twitch announced a new feature developed in partnership with Microsoft.
If you stream off the Xbox One you can update your app and experience capture card support for Twitch broadcasters on Xbox Live.
This means that streamers with their Xbox Live and Twitch accounts linked can have their broadcasts amplified in new ways:
• The Activity Feed on Xbox One and the Xbox app on Windows 10, iOS and Android
• Notifications to their followers on Xbox One and the Xbox app on Windows 10, iOS and Android
• Game Product Details Page in the Xbox Store
Make sure to link your Xbox Live and Twitch accounts together in the Twitch app. After you’ve synced, set your “Now PLaying” game, use your capture card and broadcasting software and stream!
