Twitch recently announced Matt McCloskey as their VP of Commerce. In Matt’s new role he will be responsible for growing economic activity on Twitch to help support content creators, specifically focused on the current Cheering with Bits, and streamer Subscriptions.
Matt’s resume is pretty stacked, his most recent position was the COO of 343 industries. he ran services engineering, finance, business operations and strategy teams and executive produced the live action online series Halo 4: Forward Unto Dawn.
We are excited to see what Matt will do with the Cheering with Bits and streamer Subscriptions. His background is very impressive and will only better the support of content creators on Twitch.
