Sign Up To Test The Upcoming Twitch ‘Create A VOD Playlist’ Beta

In the near future Twitch will allow you to ‘Create a VOD Playlist’ on your channel. This will allow broadcasters to turn their channel into a 24/7 viewing experience and will run the playlist you create while you are offline.

If you are granted access to the beta, you will see ‘playlists’ added to your video manager. Drag-and-drop your selected VODs into the playlist manager on the right, turn your playlist on, and it will automatically run whenever you’re offline. You can add as many VODs as you’d like to your playlist, and edit the playlist any time it’s turned off.

If you decide to host another channel, your playlist will be paused and Host Mode will run, taking precedence over the playlist. Anyone will be able to watch your playlist when it is turned on.

The Twitch ‘Create A VOD Playlist’ feature will also be available for viewing on the Twitch iOS and Android apps.

The playlist feature will release over the coming weeks. Make sure you sign up by clicking the link below to be one of the first users to try the beta.

To be eligible for the beta, you must average at least 200 viewers during live broadcasts. If selected, you’ll receive an email when you’ve been removed from the waitlist.
