XBOX DVR is a neat tool that was implemented on Windows 10 through the XBOX app that allows users to record game clips and screenshots.
Although a cool concept, the application is known to be resource heavy and has caused issues all across Twitch, specifically causing OBS to drop frames. If you have setup your XBOX app on Windows 10, the feature automatically enables itself.
