Last week ProfessorBroman contacted CaptainTwaz to design a Destiny Twitch Streamer t-shirt that will be available in 2016. All proceeds from the shirt will go to Operation Supply Drop. CaptainTwaz reached out the the Destiny community on Twitch and have them submit their names for the graphic.
We reached out to CaptainTwaz and he provided the quote below:
“This project was ultimately the brainchild of ProfessorBroman. He asked me to take it on, and it was such an exciting prospect; to be able to unify our community for a great cause. So I took the challenge and ran with it. I conceived this design idea almost immediately – to use typography and individual brand identities to mesh the streamers together into one unified Destiny symbol. I followed that instinct and I’m very pleased with the final design. One of the most challenging parts was narrowing 642 streamers down to what became 133, still a sizable number for 1 shirt! I spent a lot of time trying to be as inclusive as possible for streamers of all sizes. There a names people will know, but there also many exciting up and coming / growing streamers that take up the majority of the shirt real estate. Response for the design as been overwhelming positive, and working through Operation Supply Drop, we hope we can raise a lot of money for a great cause.”
