Every year iKasperr throws a fantastic charity event marathon that includes 168+ hours of streaming content on Twitch. All different types of streamers come together on iKasperr’s channel to raise money for the cause, this year the Quest for the Cause is to raise money for Saint Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
The fifth annual Quest for The Cause will officially run from December 9th to the December 18th. All streaming content will be on broadcasted on iKasperr’s channel.
The goal this year is to raise over $100,000. Each streamer who is invited will have a 4-hour segment where they can do whatever they want during their stream. In order to entice people to donate toward the cause, streamers are encouraged to make creative and silly incentives (as long as they follow Twitch’s TOS).
The biggest change to this year’s event is that they are opening up the event to absolutely everybody. There will still be the 168-hour event on iKasperr’s channel, however, anyone can individually raise money for the cause if they would like.
Sign-ups have been open since October 20th and run until Friday, November 11th. If you want to take part in the Quest for The Cause you must sign-up. The confirmation of participation and schedule will be finalized by November 18th. The promotional trailer will be released on November 25th.
